3/26/2024: "This solicitation has been cancelled in the best interest of the Government" Please see amendment #2 for details. The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision required to completely perform the required construction work for the Repair Damaged Floor, including prepare site for building operations including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by drawings and specifications.

Work includes mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work, and certain other items shown and specified in project drawings and specifications. This construction project will replace carpet and other flooring throughout the hospital that has been damaged by water and other environmental factors. Some of the rooms are unable to be occupied due to the moisture and mold that has settled on and under the flooring. The goal of the hospital is to remove all the carpet left in the hospital.

This project will also remove isolated toilets in some rooms where they need to be removed and are possibly the source of any water damage. This work includes general construction, electrical, technology, and may include abatement, etc. The above construction Statement Of Work (SOW) constitutes a basic outline of work and in no way outlines all of the details for the construction of this project.

It is recommended that a detailed inspection of the premises, drawings and specification be initiated to determine the needs and conditions for the construction of this project.

Period of Performance: All phases of work completed within 90 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
