Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This Sources Sought Notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The Boise VA Medical Center (BVAMC) requires a contractor to provide and install sixty-three (63) wall-mounted window shades (WWS) that meet or exceed all critical minimum requirements and the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor must supply 32 upper window shades and 31 lower window shades, in varying sizes as specified in the SOW, and install them in the new Primary Care / Mental Health Building to allow control of shading in the new building, benefiting both staff and veterans. All window shades must be delivered and installed no later than (NLT) October 16, 2026. Please see SOW for the Salient Characteristics breakdown of the equipment and service requested.
