Amendment 1 to the RLP to reflect changes to para 3.02 and Exhibit A para 6.01. Offers are due February 09, 2024 at 4PM PST.
Amendment 2 to the RLP change in offer date from February 9, 20204 to February 23, 2024 at 4PM PST.
Amendment 3 to the RLP cancels the solicitation due to changing requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA); Readjustment Counseling Service (RCS) is proposing to lease a minimum of 5,189 rentable square feet (RSF) and maximum of 5,448 rentable square feet (RSF) of medical space for a Vet Center in West Los Angeles.
The space shall be located in a quality building, constructed of sound and substantial construction, and shall be in compliance with Federal Laws & Regulations governing federal leases, building & fire codes, and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). In addition, the space offered must be either new, new construction, modernized building, or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use. All design and construction shall meet the most current VA Standards.
Lease should be full service. On-site parking for 20 vehicles is required. The term should be 20 years, (5) years firm with a (15) year soft term. To be considered, space must be within Midland and bordering a delineated area as follows:
North Boundary:
10 Fwy South Boundary:
Manchester Ave East Boundary: S La Brea Rd.
West Boundary: Pacific Ave Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. Estimated Award date: 03/29/2024.
Estimated Occupancy Date: 01/31/2025 A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by the VA.
