This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 36C24W24Q0199 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Subpart 12.6 and 13.106. This solicitation is OPEN MARKET and 100% set-aside for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1000. The FSC/PSC is 6515 Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies.

The VA Medical Center – Stockton, California has a requirement for the Interacoustics, Eclipse EP25 brand name or equal. Quotes are due by 5 September 2024, at 09:00 AM, Central Standard Time (CST).
