Intent to Sole Source: AB Evergreen for data analysis statistics services.

This notice is for intent to award a sole source contract. The San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center (SFVAMC), Office of Research and Development, intends to issue a one (1) base year period and one (1) option year for contract on services with AB Evergreen Analytics, LLC. The purpose of this procurement is to provide continuation for data analysis services in support of an existing VA study.

To maintain continuity and compatibility with existing data and studies, AB Evergreen Analytics, LLC must provide the services required. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Tuesday, November 22, 2024, PM EST. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
