Moving Analytics | Virtual Cardiac Rehabilitation Program for San Francisco VA Medical Center Notice with Intent to Sole Source

This is a notice for intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. Department of Veterans Affairs, San Francisco VA Medical Center intends to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, with Moving Analytics for a firm-fixed price service contract a one (1) year base period to include three option years.

The purpose of this service contract is to implement a remote cardiac rehabilitation program that uses a novel social engagement/networking feature to overcome the barriers of lack of participation and provide more accessible for the Veterans to continue with their cardiac rehabilitation.

The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1: Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than February 15, 2024, 15:00, EST by email at rachael.talbott@va.gov related to this procurement. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
