The requirement will be sole sourced to Pevco Systems International, Inc., 1401 Tangier Drive., Baltimore, MD 21220-2876. Pevco Systems International, Inc. will provide security doors, installation and calibrations to the Pevco Atlas Software Stations at the TVHS Nashville VA Medical Center. The Pevco Atlas Pneumatic Tube System Software is proprietary to Pevco Systems International, Inc., as the only authorized provider of parts, installation , upgrades and maintenance.

This service will be Sole Sourced to Pevco Systems International, Inc. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 333922 and has a size standard of 500 employees for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 11:00 a.m. CST, June 11, 2025 to:

diane.ziegler@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
