Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9, by way of he Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) has a requirement for the repair of multiple roofing systems. This is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses in accordance with 38 U.S.C 8127(d).
