The requirement will be sole-sourced to JJ&J Facility Maintenance, LLC, 8576 Saddlecreek Dr. Olive Branch, MS 38654. The Lt. Col. Luke Weathers Jr, VAMC requires tri-annual maintenance of the electrical distribution system including approximately 100 circuit breakers and 300 transformers JJ&J Facility Maintenance, LLC will be able to complete this requirement for the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers Jr, VAMC Memphis, TN.

JJ&J Facility Maintenance, LLC is being chosen to fulfill this requirement because the contractor has been found to be a responsible small business via SAM and Fed Data Check. Contractor has quoted the VA with a reasonable price, found acceptable to the requesting service. The overall contract value does not exceed the SAT. This procurement is being conducted under the authority cited at FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (Soliciting from a single source under SAT).

The NAICS code is 811310 with a size standard of $12.5 Million Dollars for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
