The requirement will be sole-sourced to JJ&J Facility Maintenance, LLC, 8576 Saddlecreek Dr. Olive Branch, MS 38654. The Lt. Col. Luke Weathers Jr, VAMC requires tri-annual maintenance of the electrical distribution system including approximately 100 circuit breakers and 300 transformers JJ&J Facility Maintenance, LLC will be able to complete this requirement for the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers Jr, VAMC Memphis, TN.
JJ&J Facility Maintenance, LLC is being chosen to fulfill this requirement because the contractor has been found to be a responsible small business via SAM and Fed Data Check. Contractor has quoted the VA with a reasonable price, found acceptable to the requesting service. The overall contract value does not exceed the SAT. This procurement is being conducted under the authority cited at FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (Soliciting from a single source under SAT).
The NAICS code is 811310 with a size standard of $12.5 Million Dollars for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
