This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.105. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 05/22/2024.

The written solicitation, 36C24924Q0337-RFQ-CeilingLift-Ward1B.pdf, is attached. Download it and read it in its entirety before completing and submitting your offer/quote. Complete the proper sections required per section E.1 ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES of the written solicitation. Return the completed solicitation document with or without a separate vendor-generated quote.

Submitting only a quote without the completed solicitation document will deem the offeror Nonresponsive and excluded from the evaluation for award. Complete the following on the SF 1449: Box 12, 17a., 30. Continuation Page of SF 1449 Section 1.a. Acknowledgement of Amendments, if any issued. Price/Cost Schedule Delivery Schedule If offeror is a reseller/distributor, then submit an OEM authorized distributor/reseller letter IAW VAAR 852.212-71. Read and complete all clauses and provisions.

This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. To facilitate the award process, all quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows:

"The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition." OR "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document with the exception, deletion, or addition of the following:" Quoters shall list exception(s) and rationale for the exception(s), if any.

Submit your response no later than the time and date shown on and to the Point of Contact (POC) listed on the current and active combined synopsis/solicitation notice. Only electronic submissions via email will be accepted. Any questions or concerns regarding this solicitation must be forwarded in writing via e-mail no later than two business days before the end date of the RFQ to the POC listed on the current and active combined synopsis/solicitation notice.

SITE VISIT: Point of Contact for the site visit is with the contracting officer s representative (COR) Carson Helton, carson.helton@va.gov, mobile (615) 203-9006. Arrangements must be made with the COR before visiting the site and completed at least two business days before offers are due. Unannounced and unscheduled site visit is not acceptable and will not be entertained. A site visit is not mandatory but highly encouraged.
