Page 1 of Page 4 of 4 Page 1 of 2 The requirement will be sole source to Acadian Ambulance Service Of Tennessee, LLC., 6972 Appling Farms Parkway STE 110, Memphis TN 38133. Acadian Ambulance Service will provide ambulance litter/stretcher transportation on an as need basis to veteran patients seven (7) days a week, including holidays, for medical appointments and emergency treatment.

This transportation is to and from locations clinics, ward locations, ICU, patient homes, hospitals designated by the Memphis VAMC Beneficiary Travel Office. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b)(1), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 621910 and has a size standard of $22.5M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit capabilities statement with quotations no later than 11:00 AM EST, July 15th 2024 to:

carmen.hanczyk@va.gov . Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
