Intent to Sole Source MEM Whole Health Course

The requirement will be sole-sourced to Digital Asana, LLC. dba Ompractice, 276 Bridge ST., Springfield, MA. 01103. Digital Asana, LLC will provide live, interactive, two-way video/virtual whole health courses for the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers Jr, VAMC. Due to the data security risk related to this requirement, this will be sole-sourced to Ompractice a small business that has passed the VA s Cloud Security Team s technical review. Ompractice is the only vendor that provides this service and has passed this review.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 611620 and has a size standard of $12.5M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 10:00 a.m. CST, May 25, 2024 to:
