Intent to Sole Source Laundry Service Ability One Group

The requirement will be sole sourced to Ability One group will provide laundry services at the Louisville VAMC. An ability one group and the only source as this procurement is an ability one set a-side only. The vendor has proprietary status that is not offered or authorized to third party vendors. This contract also requires all operators to be part of the Ability one program. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source.

The NAICS code is 812320 and has a size standard of $8M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 1:00p.m.
