The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 09 (NCO 9) is soliciting quotes from contractors for Biological Safety Cabinet, Fume Hood, Flow Bench, and HEPA certification and testing for Hood Systems located at: Nashville VA Medical Center 1310 24th Ave S Nashville TN, 37212 This Solicitation is issued as an RFQ and is a 100% Small Business Set aside. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; quotes are being requested.

Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the Solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from beta.SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. This Solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the quote submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the Solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website (https://www.beta.sam.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the Solicitation and any amendments.

If any prospective offeror fails to follow the instructions to offerors or submit all required documents, provide requested signatures, NAICS Code: 811210 with a small business size standard of $34 million.

Description: The vendor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision of a certified-licensed technician to perform recurring testing and certifications of specific Biological Safety Cabinet, Fume Hoods, Flow Benches, and HEPA certifications and testing for required Hood Systems. All responsible sources may submit quotes to Contract Specialist James Moore @james.moore20@va.gov.
