The VA reserves the right to enforce contractual remedies, including contract termination or requiring replacement of gray market or remanufactured items at no cost to the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or pay for information provided in response. The Government may use information received for any purpose deemed legally appropriate.
