The associated NAICS code for this service is 238220 with a size standard of $19,000,000 and PCS Code J041. The identified vendor is Multi Air Services Engineers, Corp., as the incumbent under the current contract.

The Facilities Management Service (FMS) requires preventive maintenance services for HVAC Water Chillers at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items, and non-personal services necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance services to HVAC Water Chillers at VACHS as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
