Since the solicitation specifies a maximum height of 70 inches, could you please confirm whether the proposed dimensions (75 inches high × 30.5 inches wide) are acceptable? A2. 70 inches is max height. Q3. Floor or level where the safe will be installed? A3. Safe will be on ground floor. Q4.

Whether any stairs or steps are involved in the delivery path? A4. Path is approximately 40ft from unloading area to final location and is unobstructed. Q5. Whether an elevator will be used, including approximate dimensions and weight capacity? A5. All work will be on ground floor. No elevator is required. Q6. Any known doorway or hallway restrictions beyond the stated 83"H × 34"W doorway? A6. No other door/hallway with restrictions. Q7.

Whether floor protection will be required during transport of the safe through the facility? A7. Contractors must follow hospital infection control risk assessment (ICRA) protocols. Rubber mats along portions of the delivery route to prevent scuffing or impact damage. Q8. Any available photos, video, or layout information showing the delivery path? A8.
