FY26: Film QA Pro Version 8 Software Gafchromic In-Vivo Dosimetry System for Radiation Oncology

The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only, to make appropriate acquisition decision, to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses, and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325992 Photographic Film, Paper, Plate, and Chemical Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,500 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking a business to provide Brand Name, Film QA Software Gafchromic In-Vivo Dosimetry System, to the VA Medical Facility, VA Caribbean Healthcare System. Businesses may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, Unique Entity Identifier Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc ), Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number if applicable or other Federal Contact vehicles, and a capability statement to the requirement.
