This Sources Sought is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute the issuance of a solicitation or a promise to issue solicitation in the future. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified SB and large businesses. This is not a request for bids, quotes, offers, or proposals.

The responses to this announcement will assist in determining the socio-economic status such as a SDVOSB set-aside if feasible. If insufficient SDVOSB responses are received to establish the basis for setting this requirement aside for SDVOSB s, the requirement may be solicited as a VOSB or a SB set aside, if none or not enough small business responses are received, this may be solicited as unrestricted, all interested parties responding shall be eligible to compete.

Scope of Work: C.W. Bill Young Veterans Medical Center located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd. Bay Pines; FL. has a requirement for 133 Hu-Friedy Dental Reusable Medical Devices (RMD)sets Name Brand or Equal to be delivered to C.W. Bill Young VAMC (CWYVAMC) Bay Pines Campus.

Background: C.W. Bill Young V.A. Medical Center, Bay Pines Campus, Dental Service is in the process of building a new Dental clinic. The new Dental clinic will see an increase in Veterans and SPS does not have enough supply to support additional Dental procedures. Dental service is requesting 133 additional sets to support the new Dental clinic.

The required sets include Dental Restorative set X 64, Dental Scaling/Root Planning set X 20, and Dental Basic Exam set X 49. Place of Performance: The product is requested to be delivered to Sterile Processing Service at the CWYVAMC, located at 10000 Bay Pines Boulevard, Bay Pines, FL 33744. Period of Performance: The product is requested to be delivered no later than August 31st, 2026.
