Lee County VAMC MOPS Sewage Grinder Replacement

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to fulfill a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing roof cleaning and minor repairs at a firm-fixed-price for the Lee County VA Medical Clinic. The clinic requires a Manufactured Odorless Pump Station (MOPS) Sewage Grinder to be replaced along with the control panel that operates the MOPS system. (See attached Statement of Need)

Responses are due to Angel Garay at angel.garay@va.gov by 1:00PM (EST) on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought.
