The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 800 employees.

The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is seeking a business that can provide a Brand Name or Equal - Biodex Gait Trainer 3 with support bar and the BIODEX NXSTEP unweighing system to include installation and training.

Concerns may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Identifier Code (UEI), Socio-Economic Category i.e.,(SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc.), Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements, product brochure, and authorized distribution letter.
