Copy of Vision CyberFEDS on the Web subscriptions- Base Plus-4

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, intends to solicit and negotiate with LRP Publications, INC. LRP for a service agreement to Provide CyberFEDS on the Web Subscription with 89 Licenses for VISN 8 Employees.

Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies are unique or highly specialized; It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider authorized to perform the maintenance for the equipment listed below and is the only manufacturer that can meet the agency s needs.

The contractor shall furnish labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and periodic preventive maintenance inspection for Web Subscription Services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available; telephone requests will not be accepted.

However, any business that believe it can provide CyberFEDS on the Web Subscription may provide a written notice to Contract Officer, Malcolm Davis via email at Malcolm.davis@va.gov no later than Thursday March 2, 2026@1200PM (EST). Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with above requirement.

Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based on the responses of this notice is Soley within the discretion of the Government. The Applicable NAICS Code is 541519 and the size standard is $34 million. No telephone requests will be accepted.
