Notice of Intent to Sole Source. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Miami VA Medical Center, 1201 NW 16th St, Miami, FL 33125 intends to award a firm fixed price sole source Contract to Florida Lions Eye Bank, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to provide Autologous Serum Eye Drops. The estimated value of the acquisition is $96,200.00. All values are estimates and will fluctuate depending on actual usage.
