General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) has a requirement to provide a structural enclosure over the generator farm to cover approximately 8,500 sf of exposed space. The enclosure shall provide protection to the components and personnel during a hurricane. The contractor shall complete the work required within nine hundred (900) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) in accordance with the construction drawings and specifications prepared by an independent Architect-Engineer firm.
