Portable Reverse Osmosis Dialysis

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed, contract to Evoqua Water Technologies LLC, 111 47TH ST, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15201-2901, United States.

The contract is expected to be awarded IAW FAR 13.106-1(1), soliciting from a single source, the VA has determined this BRAND NAME ONLY requirement is limited to only one responsible source that can provide the supplies or services at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.

The requirement is for brand name only EON portable reverse osmosis water purification systems to be purchased and installed on Government owned EON rover carts and including training, for James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL, 33612-4745.

All items are brand name only and include four (4) W3T578348 RO, EON, 115, 50/60hz; one (1) W3TSP7109 train, onsite, EON, clinicial, ½ day, 8 person max; one (1) W3TSP7110 train, onsite, EON, technical, 1 day, 8 person max; one (1) W3TSP7169 portable ro system orientation; one (1) installation. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract with the NAICS Code of 334510 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. A Sole Source Justification has been prepared.

The delivery requirement is requested 30 days ARO. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response showing interest in this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be in the best interest of the Government.

Responsible sources interested may submit a capabilities statement that proves by the preponderance of the evidence that another contractor can provide the specific products requested for James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. Responses must be received no later than 11:00am EST on 25 August 2025. No telephone inquiries or emails with questions will be accepted.
