Entrance Mat Replacement RFQ: 36C24825Q1020. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24825Q1020. Submit written quotes in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors outlined in this solicitation. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC_2025-04 / 06-11-2025. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 314110, Testing Laboratories, with a Size Standard of 1500 Employees, applies to this procurement. West Palm Beach VA Healthcare System intends to award a single firm fixed price contract. This contract is for Entrance Mat Replacement. Site Visit: Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 8:00 AM EST. Meeting Location outside the Main Entrance West Palm Beach VA address 7305 N Military Trl, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 This procurement is a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes. To be eligible for award quoter must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of the close of the RFQ and at the time of award. 1. Quote shall be valid 120 days from the close of this solicitation. 2. Questions are due no later than August 1, 2025, 10:00 AM EST. via email to both: Contract Specialist Guido Gonzalez-Lewis, at Guido.gonzalez-Lewis@va.gov and Contracting Officer W.
