The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08, is issuing this notice of intent to inform industry of the Government s intent to negotiate a Sole Source contract award in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). APRYSE Software, Corporation is the only provider that can offer full service and support to troubleshooting, repair, and schedule maintenance for the MiPACS Storage Server and Dental Viewers.
MiPACS is a dental PACS system combining specialized medical imaging with cutting-edge document processing technology. Originally created in 2001 as MEDICOR Imaging, MiPACS became part of APRYSE Software Corporation after an acquisition in 2024. Powered by the leading medical imaging engine industry from LEADTOOLS, it serves as both the core of PACS and centralized repository for radiology and medical DICOM images and objects.
The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $34 Million. This notice is not a request for quotes and no solicitation documents is available. No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government.
