Canteen Cleaning Service

Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to make an award to a SDVOSB IAW Sole source awards under 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127(b), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute). The proposed procurement is to provide for removal of construction debris, cleaning, and sanitizing of the Canteen, located in Bldg. #1. The cleaning includes kitchen, walk-in refrigerator/freezer, and all kitchen equipment. The period of performance will be 1/24/2024 1/31/2025 (38 days).

The NAICS code is 562910. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued. However, interested sources may submit a capability statement to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 12:00pm EST on 24 December,2024.

The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
