FY 25: NMS Clinic Dental Equipment

This is an Intent to Sole Source, this is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information based on this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contacting Office 8, Regional Procurement Office East, on behalf of the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center located at 7305 North Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410-6400, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source award to Sirona Dental Inc. located at 3030 47th Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101, in support of the Northern Multispecialty Clinic (NMS) Clinic. The proposed contract is for the Dental Equipment with installation listed below:

This Sole Source is authorized under FAR subpart 13.106-1(b), soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, quotes, or capability statement. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with FAR 5.101. This Special Notice is being issued for information purposes only.

Responses received will be considered for determining sources for future procurements. Any information submitted in response to this notice of intent is strictly voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent. Vendors having the technical capability to meet this need, please submit evidence of your capabilities. All information shall be in writing, sent via email to Melissa Everett at melissa.everett@va.gov . Responses must be received no later than 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) on December 4, 2024.
