6-Month Deaerator Tank Rental

This is an amendment to combined synopsis/solicitation 36C24824Q1454 0001 for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. See attached questions and answers, to include site pictures. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective 05/22/2024. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490, with a small business size standard of $40.0 Million. The FSC/PSC is 4410. The Network Contracting Office-08, is seeking to award a firm fixed priced contract for delivery and installation of a Temporary Deaerator tank as an extension/bypass to the current Boiler Plant system (6-Month Rental). Current boiler operating pressure is 100 PSI. Current voltage is 480V PH. The unit will be for inside or outside use, however, outside is preferred. PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Contractor shall supply all material, labor, equipment Temporary Deaerator, Sensors, and accessories necessary for a complete installation. Contractor shall set up Temporary Deaerator, sensors and accessories. Contractor shall perform proper start up and operation with PMI technicians. Verify proper function and complete installation. Contractor shall provide parts for any failed pieces of equipment via PMI.

FUNCTIONAL & PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS: All sensors must be compatible with the current Supervisory Controls and Data Acquisition (SCADA), System Cleaver Brooks Hawk 4000. Delivery shall be provided no later than 90 days after receipt of order (ARO). Delivery shall be FOB Destination.
