Unarmed Security Guards Service

This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation notice. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 intend to solicit for Unarmed Security Guards Services for the Orlando VA Healthcare System. Based on Industry responses received from sources sought notice number 36C24824Q0719, the Request for Quotation will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.

The anticipated base period of performance will be September 01, 2024, through August 31, 2025, or October 07, 2024, through October 06, 2025. The Government is anticipating a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract from the solicitation that will be issued electronically to GSA eBuy, GSA eBuy!.

The anticipated posting date of the solicitation will be on or about July 25, 2024. Contractors must be certified with the Small Business Administration (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.gov | Home portal prior to contract award, during contract performance period and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561612-Security Guards and Patrol Services is $29.0 Million.
