The Orlando VA Healthcare System requires the replacement of the Dental Vacuum Systems at the Lake Nona Campus.

General Description: Salient Characteristics Dental Vacuum System-ECO DRY-VAC VACUUM SYSTEM DUAL MOTOR (or equivalent ) Salient Characteristics 2 x 20 HP Regenerative type vacuum producers skid mounted (or equivalent) Motors are TEFC 2 pole 3 phase CSA approved. 460-volt 3 phase power. Each motor produces 480 CFM @ 8" of mercury vacuum at 3450 RPM Variable frequency drives on each motor. These control the vacuum level which greatly reduces electrical usage.

Compact design dimensions are 48" wide x 40" deep for the vacuum pumps Skid mounted, vacuum weighs 1500 LBS or less. Must be able to support 32 chairs independently. Each motor has an inline check valve to allow operation of each motor separately or in tandem. Must fit on provided equipment pad. Dimensions are as follows:

- 82 inches long - 57 inches wide Motor control panel is mounted on the skid with the vacuum motors. It is all prewired and fully tested. Units must be able to be individually serviced. And capable of operating independently. System must be compliant with all current ADA (American Dental Association) standards
