This is amendment (0001) to combined synopsis/solicitation (36C24824Q1143) for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This amendment will answer questions, provide extended price list, and extend the solicitation closing date. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective 05/22/2024.

This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541620, with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. The FSC/PSC is R428.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, (NCO 08), Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (VAHCS) has a need for Professional Industrial Hygienist and Environmental Services. The contractor shall provide emergency and non- emergency response to a disturbance of regulated materials due to renovation and/or remodeling projects that contain hazardous or regulated materials and indoor air quality or other environmental concerns that require an assessment. This includes but it is not limited to:

asbestos containing materials (ACM), lead containing materials (LCM), polychlorinated biphenyls containing materials (PCB), mercury containing materials (MCM) and employee exposure including but it is not limited to, chemical, physical, ergonomic, and biological hazards. The contract period of performance is 8/1/2024 7/31/2029. The minimum guaranteed task order amount is $1,000.00. The total of individual task orders places against this contract shall not exceed $200K per year and the total contract value shall not exceed $1M.
