This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote, and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing a response.

The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611430 Professional and Management Development Training, with a size standard of $15 Million.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida, 32827. seeks interested vendors to provide a service for First Receivers Decontamination Program Training for the Orlando VA Healthcare system. Interested and Qualified Vendors should review all attachments and provide feedback on the following questions; Is your company licensed to operate in Florida?

How will your company/firm accomplish the First Receivers Decontamination Program Training? What are the industry standards required to accomplish a First Receivers Decontamination Program Training? Please provide your input on what else is required to accomplish the service that is not listed in Attachment A. Complete using the Sought Response form provided.

(See Attachment B) Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contracts for the exact requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company’s capabilities.

Vendors may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact Phone Number, Fax, Email, SAM UEI Number, Socio-Economic Category (e.g., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc.), and capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. To be eligible for an award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home.

Responses to this Sources Sought shall be sent to Robert R. Edwards, robert.edwards2@va.gov, no later than June 05, 2024, at 15:00 Hours Eastern Standard Time. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. Telephone and facsimile responses will not be considered.
