Pyxis Automated Medication Dispensing Systems Intent to Sole Source

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD NC08 contracting representing C.W. Bill Young Veterans Administration Medical Center intends to negotiate with CAEFUSION SOLUTIONS LLC. on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This sole source requirement is to provide Pyxis Automated Dispensing Equipment to maintain and dispense all medications for the Main Hospital.

This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to michael.shook@va.gov. All responses to this notice of intent must be submitted so that they are received at michael.shook@va.gov no later than 05/03/2024 at 14:00 PM EDT
