SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote, and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response.

The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811121, Automotive Body, Paint, and Interior Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $9 Million Dollars.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida, 32827. seeks interested sources to provide a service for Renovating, Retrofitting/Modernizing, and potentially Redesigning an existing Mobile Command Center Trailer (MCCT) and its equipment. Interested and Qualified Vendors should be capable of providing the following; Repair/Replace external and internal structure of the MCCT to include:

Water intrusion and Leak abatement. Mold and Mildew abatement. Rust repair. Carpet and upholstery repair and replacement. Full exterior wrap with updated emblems and graphics. Awnings, slide-out toppers, and other exterior features. Integration Items to include:

Refresh the passive Wi-Fi service package. Refresh the Cellular service package. Refresh the Satellite Network receiver/router. Provide a Retrofit / Modernization plan for the existing Internal and external equipment of the MCCT to improve the multi-mission tasks of the VA. Types of Multi-mission tasks include Command and Control during Response and Recovery Operations. Design examples of completed concept documents for review.

Estimated days for project completion to include transportation to and from contractor s repair facility. See attachment for further information. Concerns may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact Phone Number, Fax, Email, SAM UEI Number, Socio-Economic Category, i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc...), and capability Statement specific to the technical requirements.

Concerns may also provide examples of projects completed that match the requirements shown in the requirements. (Before and after pictures if available) Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contracts for the same requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities.
