This combined synopsis and solicitation (36C24726Q0729) is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside for commercial construction services to renovate Sterile Processing Service (SPS) spaces at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina, with an estimated value between $5 million and $10 million and a 360-calendar-day performance period, issued under FAR Parts 12 and 36 as both the synopsis notice and the complete solicitation document itself.

The Government will award a single firm-fixed-price contract using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quoter; quoters must submit technical and price volumes by August 3, 2026 at 1300 EST via email.

Amendment 0003: This amendment removes FAR 52.249-2 Alternate I, Termination for Convenience of the Government (Fixed-Price) Construction (APR 2012) and FAR 52.249-10, Default (Fixed-Price Construction) (APR 1984) from Solicitation 36C24726Q0729 to align with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul and current construction clause requirements. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to correct the Wage Determination included with Solicitation No. 36C24726Q0729. The previously issued wage determination is deleted and replaced in its entirety by the attached General Decision Number SC20260023, dated May 18, 2026, Charleston Building. The deadline for receipt of revised offers is extended through August 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Offerors shall submit any revised offer to the submission location identified in the solicitation. This amendment is issued only to offerors that submitted timely offers under Solicitation 36C24726Q0729. No new offers will be accepted. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
