Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24726Q0698 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for Medical Thyroid Uptake Probe/Spectrometer w/ 2 Well Counter System for Atlanta Veterans Affairs Healthcare System.

This acquisition is set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339112 is assigned to this requirement with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6525. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Atlanta Veterans Affairs Healthcare System located at 1670 Clairmont Road Decatur, GA 30030, seeks to purchase a replacement medical spectrometer system.

Such is used as a tool in the evaluation of various diseases, including hyperthyroidism, and thyroid cancers. The statement of work (SOW) descriptions, quantities, applicable terms and conditions, and instructions to offerors are all specified in the attachments.
