4 East Flooring Replacement 1. REQUIREMENT This is a one-time service to replace flooring in Ward 4 East (4E) at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center, Columbia, South Carolina, on behalf of the Columbia Healthcare System. 2. BACKGROUND The WJB Dorn VA Medical Center is a 216-bed facility offering acute medical, surgical, psychiatric, and long-term care services. Located in Columbia, SC, the hospital provides primary, secondary, and some tertiary care to Veterans.

3. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance begins upon contract award and shall not exceed three (3) months. Work must be conducted during regular hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday). No overtime is authorized at this time. 4.
