EVALUATION SUMMARY Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24725Q0825 was issued on 24 Jul 2025, and quotes were due by 1 Aug 2025. An Amendments was issued to post questions and answers. With the Service Line’s knowledge of these companies, they felt that Inner Vision Radiology LLC. would be the best overall choice to satisfy the government’s requirement. Lastly, the quoted cost for each company was evaluated by comparing the quotes. The quote from Inner Vision Radiology LLC is considered fair and reasonable.

Based on the recommendation provided by the Service Line and an evaluation of all gathered documents, the quote provided by Inner Vision Radiology, LLC is considered to be the best overall choice to meet the government’s requirements under RFQ 36C24725Q0825. The Contracting Officer (CO) has determined that an award will be made to Inner Vision Radiology, LLC., the lower fair and reasonable priced quote and garnering a “Excellent” rated technical and “Excellent” rated past performance rating.

Inner Vision Radiology, LLC has been determined to be the best value to the Government considering their price, technical capability, and past performance. The price reasonableness determination will be documented on the FAR Part 13 Award Decision Abstract in accordance with VHAPM Part 813.106-3 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Inner Vision Radiology, LLC was found to be a responsible contractor in accordance with VHAPM Part 809.1 Contractor Responsibility Determination SOP.
