The intended contractor is Sterling Medical Associates, Inc. 411 Oak St Cincinnati OH, 45219-2298.

This sole source procurement is for contracted Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The contractor will provide all management, oversite, as well as the CBOC facility, all equipment, and the medical staffing required to run a fully functional CBOC. The period of Performance is for nine (9) months, 01 Oct 2024 – 30 June 2025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 621498. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is Q201. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is $22.5M.
