Outpatient Pharmacy System Server Upgrades

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole-Source contract to ScriptPro USA Inc. The Richmond Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) has a request for ScriptPro Hardware and Software Updates. The justification for this non-competitive solicitation is due to ScriptPro USA Inc being the sole supplier of requested upgrades to the VA Hospital and Health Care Center. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services with $34.0 million. The Sole source requirement is: Upgrades to the hardware and software of the ScriptPro Outpatient Pharmacy System THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, and no Solicitation will be issued. Market research has determined that this product is highly specialized and only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of supply will satisfy agency requirements.
