The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostic, Inc. for Siemens UniPOC Data Management System upgrade for the Richmond VA Medical Center located at 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23249. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole source provider of the Siemens UniPOC Data Management System and all associated products and installation.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide Siemens UniPOC Data Management System and associated products may give written notice to Keicha.Passley@va.gov by 10:00am EST on September 5, 2025. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:
