The Department of Veteran s Affairs will solicit for vendors capable to provide Line Isolation Monitor Replacement Cath Lab for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705. he Contractor shall provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, quality control, and technical expertise to procure and install two upgraded LIM panels.
One will be installed in the Cath-Lab on the 3rd floor of Building 1 and the second will be installed in the animal operating room located in Building 14 at the Durham VAHCS. This is a turn-key request with the Contractor providing all parts and performing all work in accordance with the terms and conditions Service must be done in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal guidelines.
A request for quote, RFQ, will be issued on or around Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Period of Performance is for a period of 8 months to begin August 31, 2025. To be eligible for award, the prospective contractor must be registered in SAM database at http://www.sam.gov and comply with the Evaluation for Basis of Award. If you are an SDVOSB, VOSB or small business and plan on subcontracting, please provide a plan to show how your company will provide 51% of the work being performed.
