SUNSERVICE PREMIER SUPPORT CONTRACT

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to award a base with four option years firm fixed price sole-source contract to Sun Nuclear Corp. The Richmond Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) request SunServices Premier Support Contract. The justification for this non-competitive solicitation is due to Sun Nuclear Corp, being the sole supplier of requested items to the VA Hospital.

The NAICS code for this procurement is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with $34.0 million. Sole source items plus associated equipment: SunServices Premier Support Contract. This plan provides unlimited priority phone, web, and remote support; the latest software updates; repair services with free return shipping on repaired devices; temporary replacement device while being repaired; and preventative maintenance on applicable products. The equipment already in place at the Richmond VAMC and covered under the service contract is as follows:

Market research has determined that this product is highly specialized and only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of supply will satisfy agency requirements.

The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date of May 01, 2025, to Sun Nuclear Corp.| 3275 Suntree Blvd | Melbourne, FL 32940|.
