Water Booster Pump Skid Replacement
36C24625Q0432
Department of Veterans Affairs, 246-Network Contracting Office 6. Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing.
Awarded
$57,995.00 obligated so far on USAspending
Description
As published on SAM.gov.
Question (Black) / Response (Red) Question 1. The convention is to either mount the tank adjacent to or remotely from the equipment. There is no technical advantage to skid mounting, and the contractor has a much larger skid to deal with. They are not quoting a skid-mounted tank based on current trends. Please advise if a remote or adjacent mount would be sufficient for this bid.
Response 1: There is room on the skid for what is being requested. We ask that it is put back in the same space that is provided to help maintain the space we have. Question 2. Is there a requirement for the delivery and installation? Is there an old Water Booster Pump need to be remove or just the new one need to be install.  Response 2: Please refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) Line #2. Yes, contractor is to disconnect and remove skid. 3.No additional question will be accepted. 4. Solicitation due date is 3/13/2025 due at 11:00 a.m. EST Pictures are being provided: Please see attached document
