ORControl Service Agreement

Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 3 OR Control Service Agreement INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Healthcare Control Systems Inc. to acquire hardware warranties for the ORControl boards and for a license to use the software on the ORControl system located at the Richmond VAMC.

The estimated period of performance is expected to be a 12 month base with 4 12-month option periods starting 20 Dec 2024 through 19 Dec 2025. The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Healthcare Control Systems Inc (HCS) has provided a letter of proprietary rights naming Healthcare Control Systems INC as the only authorized company to provide services for the HCS brand name ORControl equipment. Any company that can legally provide the above services should send a capability statement including the following:
