Emergency Portable Chemical Latrines, Handwashing Stations, and Dumpsters Rental Asheville VAMC Hurricane Helene Support INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, in Hampton, VA, intends to award on a Sole Source basis, a contract to Forever Clean Portable Toilets, Inc. to support the Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC, in support of Hurricane Helene.

Due to extreme damage to the Charles George VA Medical Center, Forever Clean Portable Toilets, Inc. is providing emergency rental and delivery of Portable Chemical Latrines, Handwashing Stations, and Dumpsters. This shall include providing all necessary time, personnel, equipment, and supplies, to deliver these necessary items to the medical center and remove once no longer needed. Forever Clean Portable Toilets, located in Fuquay Virginia, NC, is in close vicinity to Asheville to provide quick delivery.

Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with Presidential Issued Emergency Declaration, or a Major Disaster Declaration . Please note, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Solicitation documents are not available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business who believes it can meet the requirements and possesses relevant past-experience and expertise may give written notice.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; However, Government determination not to compete the proposed acquisition, based upon responses of this notice, is solely within Government discretion.
