ScriptPro, Pharmacy Server Upgrade

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price, contract to ScriptPro USA, Inc. for the ScriptPro Server Upgrade to the exciting Pharmacy Server at the Salem VA Medical Center located at 1970 Roanoke Blvd, STE 119, Salem, VA 24153. This contract action is for products and services for which the Government intends to solicit from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (Only One Source).

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1000 Employees.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem VA Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price, single source delivery order to ScriptPro USA Inc. to include the following Open Market items listed below. The purpose of the order is to purchase the upgrade for the ScriptPro HCI 1000/Workflow Platform Server. ScriptPro Server Upgrade Open Market items to include the following:

Customer Hard Drive Retention HCI 1000/Workflow Platform Server. Installed with Monthly Subscription & Support. 1 EA Customer Hard Drive Retention Robotic Systems. Installed with Monthly Subscription & Support 2 EA Endpoint Security Management (per pharmacy). Installed with Monthly Subscription & Support 1 EA Endpoint Security (per server/client computer).

With Monthly Subscription & Support 25 EA SPX00/CRSX On-Site Upgrade, i5C4 to i5C6, Windows 11 2 EA SP Datapoint or Notice Board Remote Upgrade, Windows 11 11 EA SP Datapoint or Notice Board Factory Upgrade, i5C4 to I5C6, Windows 11 6 EA SPCE On-Site Upgrade, Server OS 2019, SQL 2019 1 EA BUP/PSP Factory Upgrade, Gen 8e+, Server OS 2019, sql 2019 1 EA INSTALLATION CHARGES 1 EA A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.
