The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), The Durham VAMC extends to solicit for an exercise facility for the Gerofit program, within 10 miles of the Durham VAMC. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24624Q1346 will be issued on or about September 5th, 2024. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process.

In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 713940 Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers, Size Standard of $17.5 Million. The classification code is G005 Social Geriatric.

All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Contract Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
